Shipment of products

We ship our products throughout Spain through transport agency. The messenger will deliver the purchase at the address provided by the customer in 48 working hours. In case you can not make delivery the carrier will leave a notice for the customer to contact the messengers and agree on a second installment. Shipping is free for purchases over 35 €; The remaining shipments will depend on your location.

If you want to make a gift, you could tell when you take your the order. The goods will be prepared in a special way at no cost.

Returns and Exchanges

They can make changes and returns without explaining the reason within 15 days after receipt of order, except for teas, herbal teas and food products (except poor condition thereof) for which no return is allowed. Costs arising from the return of the goods and the replacement of it if it exist, will be always borne by the buyer. TEA SINENSIS not accept any product by cash on delivery. Method of payment
